iT's Papa's TuRn!

Papa turns 33yrs old today... and the challenge... to spend P1,500 or below... hahahaha

As any other birthdays, we started it by hearing mass at Christ the King Church, Greenmeadows.  We wanted to eat at Bonchon, but since it's a weekday and rush hour, that idea was scratched.  We decided it was best to go to Eastwood instead, especially of my contractions would progress.

We ended up eating at Kogi... which was ... money well spent! Yummy!

Their California Maki was one of the best we've tasted and their Tempura is not what we usually call as 'puro harina' and boy was it crunchy!  Joaquin was happy and content with the Tempura alone (the fact that this is his favorite Japanese food).

Their Grilled Pork Bulgogi was a plus for us as well!  It was soft and nit rubbery in texture.  The lettuce that came with it was fresh and crunchy as well!  Now, if there was one disappointment.. it was their Korean Fried Chicken!  My gashness! Gravy na lang... Jollibee na!  I guess we were expecting a 'unique' Korean taste to it.

After dinner, we let Joaquin play at Timezone since he's been a good boy all throughout the week, while we had a nice coffee time at Starbucks... there's still change left from the Kogi dinner. (o dba P1,500 challenge talaga. hahaha)

Happy Happy Birthday Hunnie!  I pray to God we have more fruitful years ahead :)  Thanks for being a good husband and father.  We love you!
