hAppY 4Th yEAr anniVeRsAry!

A week before the release of schedules, I begged Chef Jesse for day-offs on our anniversary :)  She made a mental note, and said yes.  Come the release of schedule, the day-off given was not I requested.  I approached her and I reminded her... Yey! She just forgot it and said I just go ahead with the original plan! Yey!!!  Tagaytay here we go!

I challenged Hubby months ago that he better plan our anniversary on his own.  Why?  Well remember last year that he totally dumped our anniversary for his rowing?  Now, part of his forgiveness, is to make it all up for all the future anniversaries to come. Hehehehe...

The day started with breakfast at Taal Vista Hotel :)

wherein Joaquin was serenaded to the tune of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars :)"

Then off we went to check in at Summit Ridge Hotel...

Where we checked out the neighboring sites... or fake cardboard sites.. lol

Where my boys swam to their hearts desire...

Then we heard mass at this cute little solemn chapel...

Then we had dinner at Buon Giornos...

 

Little boy awoke to fog. which he didnt like at all. lol.

Before checking out, we had breakfast at their dainty little restaurant run by CCA

Then we had a late lunch at Army Navy...

Over all it was one of our best celebrations :)

MoTher's dAy

Joaquin is sick today.  A really bad case of diarrhea.  One might complain, "Why of all days!" But not me.  I am just happy that it is my day-off, that I can personally take care of him.  Nothing beats the look of your child's face when he sees that you are right beside him in times of pain and uneasiness.  My heart melted when Joaquin wants nothing but just me.  Nothing is more rewarding than to hear your son call out to you, "Mama. Mama ikaw lang gusto ko. Mama sakit tummy ko, dito ka lang"

So if one might ask, how was my mother's day?  ... It was perfect :) The way it should be.

Hunnie's 32nd birthday!

Hunnie always as simple... would like to keep things... uhm...simple. lol.  Like his 32nd birthday celebration.  No frills, no fuss, none whatsoever... just the three of us :)

We had lunch at Taal Vista HOtel, were I think the buffet was a steal!  Hun did I think 5 rounds! lol lol.  The staff was really pleasing and accommodating.  Love them!

They even surprised hunnie with a birthday cake!  How sweet of them :) which of course disappeared in a matter of seconds. lol.

Then we headed of to the garden area overlooking the Taal volcano to goof around. :)

Little boy had a blast!  That's why he was so tired that he immediately fell asleep as soon as he hit the car :)
