On last day's menu: Beef Stroganoff (so this is how the original recipe is, with gherkins!), Potato Gratin, Spaetzle, Baked Tomato, Horseradish and Smoked Salmon Crushed Snapper Fillet, and Beef Wellington (which was so easy to make!).
Aside from missing the great Chef Mike Oberle (he was pirated by a new culinary school), I'll be missing most my new found friends...
