We didn't have the recitation but we sure had a feast! We cooked Chicken pandan, Chapchae, Lamb with greek yougurt, Korean spare ribs, Sweet and sour pork, Chilli crab, Chicken Terriyaki, etc... Chef Manoj instructed us to plate our own creations. Well, our plating sucked but the food was definitely two thumbs up!
Highlight of this session: I cut my left forefinger while slicing the pork tenderloin! The knife slipped while I was making the last couple of cuts. But did I get upset? Not at all! I felt excitedly happy! My first battle wound! Yey!
